How do you offer return labels for US-based returns?

Shipments with postage purchased from our website will be automatically assigned our return address. Upon receipt at our New York facility, you can initiate the return process through your Return portal. For customers who have not purchased postage through ShipShop, you have the option to use your own U.S. return address to manage your U.S. returns independently.
